Vaca Negra Tour
Secure your spot for PRSM’s exclusive Vaca Negra tour!
You’ll explore key aspects of dairy production—from biological fermentation processes and industry characteristics to entrepreneurship and the science behind your favorite dairy products. Although production areas are typically off-limits, our group will receive exclusive access to view the packaging area and the cheese aging cave. And yes—there will be a cheese tasting! The full tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
